Abstract
In recent years, technology development and implementation has received a lot of attention. In Malaysia, the transformation of financial system to use digital banking infrastructure could drives nation to a high-income economy. Yet, the establishment of first digital banking enables innovative application of banking technology in order to address the market gaps in the underserved and unserved segment in Malaysia. Therefore, this study aims to examine the factors that influence the intention of Malaysian users to use digital banking services. This study also will introduce technology acceptance model (TAM) and diffusion of innovation theory (DOI) model as tools to investigate the factors that have a significant impact on the intention to use digital banking services among Malaysian users.
