<jats:p>This main aim of this study is to implement the brain-computer interface wheelchair in a home-care setting for the occupant’s benefit. Two patients suffered from motor neuron diseases (MND) and were recruited from local elderly home care. The wheelchair was set-up and test trials were conducted prior to the data collection. All the challenges faced during the process of implementation were recorded. Solutions were suggested accordingly.</jats:p>
