The paper selected the characteristic agricultural product passion fruit from Guangxi Province, and through the improvement of the traditional SCOR model, identified six key processes in the supply chain of this characteristic fresh agricultural product, which includes planning, procurement, production (processing), storage and transportation, sales, and after-sales service. A series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been redefined around these six key processes, and a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting supply chain risk has been conducted. It has been identified that production safety and technology, market demand, and supplier selection are the most important factors affecting supply chain management and efficiency. Based on this, targeted risk management recommendations have been proposed. Intended to promote the healthy development of the fresh fruit supply chain. © 2025 The Authors.enFresh agricultural productsImproved SCOR modelPassion fruitSupply chain riskFruitsGerminationOilseedsProduct developmentRisk perceptionSalesSupply chain managementAgricultural developmentHigh qualityKey processPassion fruitsProduct supply chainsRisks managementSCOR modelsSupply-chain risksRisk managementRisk Management of Passion Fruit Supply Chain Based on Improved SCOR Modeltext::conference output::conference proceedings::conference paper
